“But a few minutes after he arrived, a young boy went to the beach screaming, shouting ‘I just met Wayne Rooney!’
“After that, they were asked for selfies all day and night, but that didn’t seem to bother at all. They took the time to chat with anyone who wanted to meet them and they were always happy to pose for photos. selfies.
“Late in the evening, another guest next to the Rooney’s cabin jumped off the beach promenade and injured his ankle.
“Wayne jumped onto the beach and” a firefighter “lifted the injured boy off the beach to safety.
“They were wonderful and truly down to earth guests. We really hope they enjoyed their visit and hope they will come back.”
