Amir Taghi founded her luxury women’s ready-to-wear line in 2018. Clean sculptural lines, creative drapes and custom prints are at the heart of the brand, established and produced in New York City. His creative vision is eclectic – sprinkled with classic Persian references and adapted to southern charm.

Bahar Sabzevari is a New York-based visual artist who explores identity through self-portrait, narrative painting and drawing. By incorporating Persian motifs, religious details and figures in her self-portraits, she explores the concept of nostalgia and creates illusions of a lost age of Persian glory.

Mona Assemi founded her eponymous jewelry line combining inspiration from traditional Persian culture and modern American lifestyles. The New York-based designer combines sculptural clean lines, sumptuous crystals and sleek metals to create a liquid-dripping aesthetic for her signature collection. Her line has adorned celebrities such as Beyonce, Katie Holmes and Jessica Alba.

Nazanin Boniadi is an Iranian-born actress, SAG and AACTA Award nominee and renowned activist. His film and television credits include Hotel Mumbai and Homeland. A member of the Centre’s board of directors and Amnesty International’s ambassador to the UK, Nazanin has campaigned globally for human rights. Her opinions have been published in major global media and she has been a keynote speaker in high-level international government forums.

Nazanin Noroozi is a multidisciplinary artist who works with moving images, painting, printmaking and the book arts. His works have been exhibited widely in the United States and Iran and have been featured in publications such as Elephant Magazine, the FT, and The Brooklyn Rail. She creates limited edition blank handmade artist books in which she uses fragments of her films and paintings on the covers and hand-binds each notebook individually.

Ehsan bet, former architect and interior designer, is the creator of Pari Dust, a digital platform for art and fashion. In 2014, the CFDA named Pari for its first Fashion Instagrammer of the Year. Pari Dust explores new ways of combining elements of our visual world, offering windows to contemporary art, fashion and the built environment through a single lens.

The New York based Center for Human Rights in Iran is a non-profit, independent, non-partisan 501 (c) organization dedicated to the protection and promotion of human rights in Iran.
